POPE LEO & BISHOP RICKEN'S AUGUST PRAYERS

Pope Leo For evangelization in the city ~ Let us pray that in large cities often marked by anonymity and loneliness, we find new ways to proclaim the Gospel, discovering creative paths to build community.  We Pray to the Lord.

Bishop Ricken: For faithful missionary discipleship ~ May God help us recognize and fully embrace the gifts of the Holy Spirit to inspire us to be faithful missionary disciples striving to lead all people to the Kingdom of God.  We Pray to the Lord.

Welcome to Immaculate Conception Parish

The history of our parish is the story of resistance, great sacrifice, hardship, and endurance, much like the early Church at the time of the Apostles.  The presence of a Catholic parish in Oneida began with the dream of Father P. J. Lochman, and came to fruition in 1891, with the first resident pastor being assigned in 1906. Our parish has experienced many changes over the years, yet the constant has been our parishioner's great dedication to the success of Immaculate Conception Parish.  We would love for you to come join us for Mass sometime.  Our present Pastor is Father Paider.

In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Thessalonians 5:18

First Sunday of Every Month

The first Sunday of every month Father Paider does a blessing after mass for all birthdays and anniversaries for that month.  We celebrate after mass with cake and coffee.  Please feel free to join us.
