Faith Formation Forms and Information:
Embraced by the power of the Holy Spirit, we profess to inspire lifelong Catholic disciples in Word, Sacraments, Community and Service.
*Faith Formation classes for students K-8th grade takes place on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7 pm at the Traeger center located in the same parking lot as Immaculate Conception church and runs from September through April.
*Faith Formation classes for students 9, 10 & 11th grade take place once a month on a Sunday morning from 7:30-11:30 am also at the Traeger center and includes mass & breakfast. These classes run from September through April.
